Blend: 91% Corn; 9% Rye (finished in Jerez Brandy casks)

Age: 17 years in ex Bourbon barrels

Finish: 30 months in 25 year old Cognac barrels (Charente, France)

Strength: 56% ABV

Distillery: Potters / HWL

Notes: Aromatic dried fruit, floral notes, vanilla.  An 18 year trial sample was awarded a Silver Medal at the 2019 San Francisco World Spirits Competition (but we felt it still wasn’t ready)

Blend: 100% Corn

Age: 33 years in ex Bourbon barrels

Finish: 24 months in Armagnac casks (Gascony, France)

Strength: ~58% ABV (subject to final taste testing)

Distillery: Potters/ HWL

Notes: Intense ripe fruit, plums, leather. Ultra long finish.
